Lernmethodik
Both programme organisation and the didactically prepared learning materials are based on the concept of independent learning: the learners are supported in taking personal responsibility for their own learning process by a teaching-learning arrangement that consists of a combination of self-learning materials, online-based interactions in the online campus and on-campus phases once per semester. In general, there is a three-day on-campus phase from Friday to Sunday in the first semester and a one-week on-campus phase (from Saturday to Friday) in each of the second and third semesters.
The English-language Master's programme is aimed at professionals in the field of software development.
- Access with a first degree: The application is open to persons with a first degree in computer science or computer science-related disciplines (e.g. business informatics), mathematics and natural or engineering sciences. In addition, evidence of at least two years of professional experience after the first degree must be provided, of which at least one year must be in a relevant field, e.g. software development.
- Access without a first degree: Interested persons without a first degree have the opportunity to qualify for the programme by taking an aptitude test if they have sufficient relevant professional experience.
- Evidence of knowledge Since the programme is taught in English, sufficient evidence of English language skills must be provided.
